A Celebration of Irish Hospitality
Capturing Adare Manor’s rich history and reimagining it in a modern creative context takes time and careful consideration…a bit like the magnificent Manor House itself. Restoration is still going on apace on the Estate and we’re delighted to have completed the latest stage of the design journey – rebranding the Carriage House.
Paying homage to the hustle and bustle of the many guests and their servants who passed through the gates of the estate, the Carriage House is a true reflection of genuine Irish hospitality. A warm, welcoming space to dine, relax and unwind.
With a distinct modern aesthetic, developed by David Collins Studio, The Carriage House warranted its own truly unique visual identity. We worked closely with the team at David Collins to ensure that the visual concept would fit seamlessly with the historic building’s stunning interiors.
The brandmark is a celebration of new and old, heritage and history with a contemporary look and feel. Inspiration came from the carriage lamps of old, often ornate and delicately designed with intricate flourishes and embellishments. Their bright glow adorned and lit the way for visiting and residing carriages. This new visual identity recreates that inviting ambiance. It is a balance of sophistication and warmth – refined and polished yet eternally welcoming.
